Sitting on the first 18 floors of the newly constructed Palm tower, the hotel will have 264 rooms and 26 suites inside the hotel, each coming with the signature butler service by St Regis brand. The views from the room will be stunning and provide landscape of the palm, ocean, marina skyline and on a good day even down to Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa.
There will be 4 restaurants within the hotel, which will also be connected to the Nakheel mall on the palm which as access to a huge number of other entertainment, shopping and food and beverage outlets. Highly anticipated along with the opening of the hotel will be the new Sushi Samba restaurant opening on the 51st floor of the Palm Tower.
St Regis Hotel Dubai Palm will also have its own beach club located on the west side of the Palm on the trunk. This will be located a few minutes from the hotel, as well as a rooftop pool, state of the art gym and dedicated spa.
The opening of the hotel on the palm will be followed by a second opening or rather a reflagging of the Renaissance Downtown to become the St Regis Downtown Dubai.

The St Regis Hotel Dubai will be opening in end of May / June 2021 for the first reservations, starting at 860 AED plus tax as an opening promotion rate during the summer in Dubai. Thereafter rates will fluctuate between 1,500 AED and 3,000 AED depending on the dates through till the end of the year.
