What Shake Shack is to burgers, Raising Cane’s is to fried chicken. These are the classic Louisiana chicken fingers. This delicious new outpost in Dubai Mall is sure to be a hit! Offering a simple menu of 3, 4 or 5 strips, along with a fried chicken burger. It comes with their secret sauce, but you can ask for honey mustard instead – which we opted for and it was the perfect compliment to the crunchy chicken tenders.

The secret sauce at Raising Canes can be enjoyed with their tenders or simply with the fries.

The brand is franchised by Alshaya in the region which has expanded Raising Cane’s throughout United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait. The chain was founded in 1996 and is by all means a newer addition to the fast casual scene.
