The Address hotel Dubai has a boutique feel with a few restaurants, such as an all day dining, tea room and a Ruth Chris steakhouse. The hotel has both residences and hotel rooms.
We stayed at a corner suite on the 9th floor. Below you can see the living room. It is simple and clean.

The entertainment system in the bedroom is amazing. Everything is controlled from a custom iPad, which controls the lighting, curtains, in room dining, amenities, service requests, music, and more. Of course it also controls the TV and movies, and once you select a movie you want to watch it prompts you to ask if you want to order any movie snacks such as popcorn and drinks! Great idea!
This is the view from the suite on the 9th floor, it is overlooking the Marina Mall and Marina. If you look down you can also see the hotel pool (not pictured) which has a pool bar and restaurant.
